You're doin a fantastic job. Can I suggest that the section caters to Juniors as well. It will be good if proper and hired coach be provided for juniors with a fee, of course.

Fyi, the Ernst & Young’s (“E&Y”) friendly will be in the week of 13 Sep – 17 Sep.
Pse keep yourself free that week. As E&Y could only confirm the courts booking
about 1 week in advance, it’ll be very short notice.
