Each team is allowed to register 40 players (mid-season review) for the following categories:

f)       MD 50 years above (Social)

g)      MD 55 years above (Social)

h)      WD (Social: 30 years min; Competitive: 40 years min)

i)       XD (Man min 45 years; Women-Social 30 years & Competitive 40 years)

No repeat for Man or Woman;  Social means recreational & casual players

The 8^th ICML 2012-13 season kicked off on 13^th September 2012 in SSC with NUSS playing Premier Badminton Party (PBP) in one of the two opening matches after the Opening Ceremony.  The match results (not played in order) were:

It was a very close encounter with MD100B could have gone into our favour but we were not clinically sharp in the rubber set to press home our advantage in the closing stages;  Overall we all gave them a good fight with another key match, MD100A where the margin of loss was just two (2) points in each set!  Final score 4:5 in favour of PBP.

 

Our next Match #2 (Away) is with Chinese Swimming Club (CSC) on Friday, 5^th October 2012, 7:30 pm in Amber Road, S439870.  Hope to see some of you there!
