Thank you for your support! NUSS Badminton Team - Champion in the 7th April 2012 SBH Badminton Challenge Triangular

Dear ALL,

We are pleased to inform you that NUSS Badminton Team won the SBH Badminton Challenge Triangular held on 7^th April 2012;  We went in without any clue who are the other two (2) teams we are meeting……so we better be more prepared……there was a sumptuous spread of foods provided …. Temasek Club sponsored the Triangular (maybe the trophies …..) & it was a really a Badminton Triangular with a difference!

Out of the twelve (12) matches played, NUSS won 7, drew 3 and lost 2 with a total points of 24 (3 for win, 1 for draw, 0 for lose);  SBH was second on 17 points (5/2/5) and Temasek Club was third on 10 points (3/1/8);

According to Richard Tan, the builder of SBH (Front row 2^nd right;  SBA President & Minister is extreme right), he is thinking of inviting NUSS to participate in a quadrangular to be played on a bigger scale next time;

pants/jeans and shirt/polo tee with shoe)

Registration : Will be done at respective game venues at a stipulated
time as stated in the attached format

1 Mixed Doubles
1 Women Doubles
(Only 1 man & 1 lady in a team are allowed to play twice in different event)

Dear Section member,

To serve you better, the multi-purpose hall will be undergoing some renovation works to repair the flooring.

Please kindly be informed that section nights will continue till 19 June at NUSS Kent Ridge Guild House.

Our badminton courts will not be available for bookings or for playing until further notice.

Section Nights will be held at Sheares Hall ’s Badminton Hall (http://www.sheares.nus.edu.sg/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=80&Itemid=192) as per communicated to you by the convenor.

Section nights will still remain on the same day and same timing.
